Coralie Rubé joins The Goodwins

The Goodwins, a Berlin-based agency specializing in sustainability communications, is strengthening its team with an experienced senior strategist: Coralie Rubé is joining the agency from TLGG Berlin. What the agency hopes to gain from the new addition.

Rubé brings around a decade of experience in communications, campaign, and digital strategy, as well as an international perspective, to The Goodwins. The Frenchwoman has previously worked for companies and agencies such as Chanel, Publicis Sapient, and Integr8. The strategist spent by far the longest time at TLGG in Berlin, where she worked for a total of almost five and a half years until the summer. Her clients included the Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women, and Youth, Mercedes-Benz, Chanel, Leaps by Bayer, Vattenfall, and Engie.

"Coralie brings exactly what we need for our growing international client base: strategic depth, digital expertise, and versatile international industry expertise—from ministries to energy companies to premium brands. She is a real asset to The Goodwins and our clients," says Franka Mai, co-founder and managing director of strategy at The Goodwins, about her expectations for the new senior strategist.

Rubé adds: “I want to make a difference not only for companies, but also for the planet. Too many great, sustainable ideas don't reach their audience – I want to change that. The Goodwins combines creativity with responsibility, and that's exactly what inspires me. I'm very excited to be part of this great team.”

The Goodwins was founded in 2018 by Franka Mai and the two creative directors Tim Stübane and Mirko Stolz. In addition to the founding team, Bernd Meyer is responsible for management and sustainability consulting as head of consulting, while Maurice Pfleiderer, another managing director, is responsible for organizational development and finance at the agency.

The Goodwins works exclusively for clients who want to move the world in a positive, sustainable direction. The current team of around 40 employees serves clients such as Deutsche Telekom, Kleinanzeigen, SMA Solar, MVV Energie, Denns BioMarkt, Voelkel, ASC & MSC, Rossmann, Hama, Qonto, Pajunk, the Konzerthaus Berlin, the Federal Association for Cultural Education for Children and Young People, and NGOs such as SOS Children's Villages, HateAid, and Gesicht Zeigen.
