Franka Mai

Partner Strategy

Franka has been working as a communications and brand strategist for international brands for 13 years. After graduating in communications, she specialized in creative planning at global network and creative agencies such as DDB, HEIMAT and Ogilvy. At these agencies, she managed retail, FMCG and automotive accounts. At Ogilvy, she took over as Head of Strategy for the Berlin office in 2016.

Bernd Meyer

Partner Consulting

Bernd looks back on 20 years of experience in marketing communication. Initially starting in marketing for well-known automotive manufacturers. In 2009, he moved to the international network agency DDB Berlin and later took over the management of the Düsseldorf office. This was followed by management positions at the content agency Territory and Saatchi & Saatchi Düsseldorf. Since August 2021, he is Managing Director Consulting at The Goodwins, responsible for the development of the Sustainability Consulting division. Bernd studied International Business Administration in Bremen and London. He is currently completing an MBA programme in Sustainability Management at Leuphana University in Lüneburg. He is married and lives with his wife and two sons in Düsseldorf.

Maurice Pfleiderer

Partner Consulting

Maurice has been working as a marketing consultant in the communications industry for over 20 years. Trained as a marketing communications executive at Springer & Jacoby, his last position there was as managing director, where he served well-known national and international brands across a wide range of industries. He spent the last ten years with a focus on consulting sustainable products and companies. He co-founded two start-ups based there and has extensive expertise in sustainability. Maurice is married and has a daughter.

Mirko Stolz

Mirko has worked in advertising for over 20 years and was most recently as Managing Director Creation at BBDO Berlin. Prior to that, he spent eight years abroad with Crispin Porter + Bogusky in Colorado, Gothenburg and London as well as with Ogilvy in New York. Like so many others, he learned his craft at Jung von Matt. In his career, he not only won creative awards but also gained first-hand insight into the workings of successful brands and agencies in a wide variety of markets.

Tim Stübane

Tim is considered one of Germany’s most renowned and award-winning creatives. He is all about using creative excellence to move people towards more sustainable behaviour. He has proven this through numerous works for blue chips, medium-sized companies, start-ups and NGOs. He has been managing director, creative and art director at Ogilvy, DDB, Jung von Matt and Scholz & Friends. Tim is a member of the Art Directors Club Germany and a regular juror on national and international creative juries. Tim is married and has three children.
