The Berlin agency is beefing up as it grows. Lisa Eppel is looking forward to the social and sustainable issues at The Goodwins.<\/span><\/p><\/div><div class=\"clear\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"uncode_text_column text-lead\" ><p>The Goodwins is expanding its team after winning several accounts. Lisa Eppel, most recently Senior Account Manager at Scholz &amp; Friends in Berlin, is changing employers. After completing her master's degree, she had started at Heimat, Berlin, in 2016. In 2019, she joined Scholz &amp; Friends as an account manager.<\/p>\n<h3>The good to the good<\/h3>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">From there, Eppel had founded the Ad Girls Club in August 2020 together with Isabel Gabor and another colleague. Together, they fight against sexism in advertising and for more diversity. <a class=\"pink-button-small\" href=\"https:\/\/www.wuv.de\/wuvplus\/die_adgirls_treten_aus_der_anonymitaet\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">The initiative has caused quite a stir in recent months<\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Lisa Eppel starts on May 3 at the agency, which was founded in 2018 and explicitly only works for brands that mean well for their environment, society and consumers.
