The Goodwins has a new client. The Berlin-based creative agency and sustainability consultancy is now looking after the BioMarkt brand and the company behind it, Dennree.

With more than 400 of its own stores and over 130 independent stores in the network, BioMarkt is the largest specialist organic food retailer in Germany and Austria. In the Berlin agency, BioMarkt has found a partner that shares its commitment to sustainability. "We are delighted to have found a partner in The Goodwins that combines brand strategy and creative expertise with a deep understanding of the challenges of sustainable consumption. After 50 successful years as an organic pioneer, this is the right time for us to align the brand for the future with the right partner on board," says Jürgen Achenbach, Head of Marketing at BioMarkt.

This project has already been tackled with an initial joint project. For the Easter campaign, the agency developed the concept, implementation and production of online films and key visuals for social media, advertisements, website and POS material from a single source.

Under the motto “Your best Easter basket - fully delicious, fully organic”, it's all about the perfect shopping for Easter, where in the end everything will naturally find its place in the BioMarkt shopping basket. After Christmas, Easter is the season with the highest sales for food retailers.

At the same time, the agency is working on further comprehensive brand and communication topics. The aim is to increase BioMarkt's appeal and tap into new target groups. “Sustainability goes Pop - the mission of The Goodwins is the perfect description of our work for BioMarkt: with our rather unique expertise, we support the impressive family business on its way out of its former niche to a new understanding of consumption in the center of society,” says Franka Mai, co-founder and partner strategy of The Goodwins.
Together with her colleagues Bernd Meyer (Partner Consulting) and Tim Stübane (Partner Creation), Mai is in charge of the agency side. The project lead and main contact person is Jürgen Achenbach, Head of Marketing at BioMarkt.
