The agency The Goodwins, which specialises in sustainability communication, is creating the position of Head of Performance & Social Media and filling it with Detlef Henke. The 51-year-old joins the Berlin-based service provider from Torben, Lucie und die gelbe Gefahr (TLGG), where he is tasked with building a new brand performance management team.
In his new role, Henke will be responsible for strategy, media planning and campaign management on all social channels and online platforms for The Goodwins' clients. His responsibilities include reporting, campaign optimisation and the implementation of corresponding learnings as well as community and project management.

"Detlef will further expand and deepen the strategically important field of performance and social media marketing with his extremely good expertise. We are delighted that he will share his experience and knowledge with us and use it for our customers and for good," says Franka Mai, Partner Strategy at The Goodwins.

Henke comes from TLGG, where he built up performance management over the past eight years and most recently led a team of more than 15 employees. During this time he looked after clients such as Swisscom, Barmer Krankenversicherung, Hansgrohe, Astra and fritz-kola. tt
