The Goodwins, an agency specializing in sustainability communications, is expanding its offering. Founded three years ago by Franka Mai, Mirko Stolz and Tim Stübane, the firm is launching a consulting unit to help clients develop sustainability goals and measures. The unit is headed by former Saatchi manager Bernd Meyer.

With its new offering, the agency aims to bridge the gap between sustainability strategies, measures for realization and communicative translation. “We are at the beginning of an unprecedented social and economic upheaval. The founding idea of The Goodwins is to help clients and brands strengthen the good in the world and make it continuously better. Together, we want to support them in this challenge with a targeted range of services,” says Meyer.

At The Goodwins, the 42-year-old will be a member of the management team - alongside the three founders and Maurice Pfleiderer. Meyer has experience on the agency and client side. He has worked for agencies such as DDB, Territory and Saatchi & Saatchi. His stations on the corporate side include Lexus and Daimler. He is currently completing an MBA program with a focus on sustainability management at Leuphana University in Lüneburg.

In addition to Meyer's new addition, The Goodwins reports three new mandates. However, the agency is not yet revealing which clients they are.

“Winning the latest mandates strengthens us in our path, and we want to even more consistently bring the transformational power of creativity and communication to the change for the 'good,'” says co-founder Stübane.

Currently, the agency says it employs more than 20 people.
